Fifteen years ago I got interested in a single question: how does technology change the way we collaborate and create value?

The answer was AI for a while, then chatbots, then Bitcoin, then customer research. And now AI again. The question stayed the same. I built a few things that worked and a few that didn’t. I learned more from the second kind.

Today I build AI automations and guidance systems. Because in any business there is work that should be done, and isn’t. Usually because the work is unpleasant to a certain degree. Or there are just too many other things.

A bit like Iron Man’s Jarvis: AI and human working hand in hand, able to do more.
